Cornerstone is working with a well-known retail bank to expand their Client Service Management team. You will be leading and manage the team to support the Client Service/ Direct Channel. Providing planning, managing, monitoring and evaluating on overall project to ensure effective execution of plan. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the team for over all project implementation, including user requirement collection, requirement analysis, User Acceptance Test, end-user training and documentation
• Driving business process change and implementation of process re-engineering across Product,I, Risk and compliance operation
• Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure regular, clear, and concise communication regarding the projects
• Oversee the UAT test, regression test and production verification to ensure the business requirement and new function are properly implementation in production environment 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with at least 8 years of banking experience in project management 
• Familiar with retail banking products & Call Centre systems/operations
• Strong in project management & negotiation skills
• Strong Product, System & Operation sense
• Understand Project management best practices
• Very customer focus when working with internal customers
• Excellent English and Cantonese communication and presentation skills
