Responsibilities:
-Maintain and update licensing record database and handle the applications and resignation of licensed representatives
-Perform internal audit on operations departments
-Liaise with and respond to regulatory enquiries from time to time
-Handle account opening with counterparty brokers / banks
-Assist to draft agreements and to review and provide comments to all kinds of agreement
-Regular checking of staff dealing and accounts opened with outside brokers
-Assist the supervisor to carry out ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
-University graduate with major in Accounting, Law or related discipline
-Well versed with the Securities & Futures Ordinance ("SFO")
-1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in securities brokerage house and audit experience preferable; fresh graduate without experience can apply as a Trainee
-Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
-Proficient in PC knowledge, including MS word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
