Responsibilities:

-          Participate in the sourcing and evaluation of potential new business investment opportunities for the Company, including identification of targets, screening, preparation of business cases and transaction execution;

-          Compile internal report based on research findings and present business cases;

-          Perform due diligence of the target companies;

-          Develop financial models for new and existing investments, conduct extensive financial analysis;

-          Prepare presentations and Investment Memorandum of the new and add-on investments to the Investment Committee for approval;

-          Manage and monitor existing portfolio investments, interact constantly with the management of investees.

Requirements:

-          Proven working experience as a buy side investment/PE fund house analyst with 2-3 years relevant experience

-          Knowledge of financial modeling, statistics and project management

-          Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

-          Hands-on experience in due diligence

-          Able to work independently and under pressure

-          Self-starter with positive attitude and a good team player

-          Fluent in both spoken and written English and good command of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)

-          Bachelor’s degree in information technology/finance/accounting or related disciplines

-          CFA/CPA is an advantage

-          Occasional travel is required

-          Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
