We are an experienced European Real Estate asset manager with AUM over USD 2B across Asia Pacific as at Sep 2017. We specialize in luxury retail outlet market and our renowned fund investors come from private equities, international endowments to financial institutions. Due to the expansion of our business we are currently seeking a high caliber Financial Analyst to join our team. The role is based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly Center Board Report

2. Prepare cash flow forecasts

3. Prepare development and operational budget

4. KPI analysis and recommendations

5. Model real estate business case options (lease acquisitions/renewals, stay vs. relocate, leave vs. buy)

6. Coordinate closely with APAC finance team to ensure alignment to current and future expense impacts

7. Develop presentation materials and reports for senior management and stakeholders to support the real estate business case

8. Real estate transactional support

9. Support senior Finance team, working with brokers/consultants in driving and concluding transactions and appropriate documentations.

10. Prepare ongoing tenancy schedules

Requirements:

1. University graduate with finance or accounting background, CPA preferred

2. Must have at least 3 years Big 4 experiences, preferably with commercial real estate exposures

3. Strong understanding of IFRS

4. Highly detail oriented and sensitive to numbers

5. Excellent communications (verbal & written) and collaborative skills in both English and Chinese, including Putonghua

6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, excellent in MS Excel and MS Power Point

7. Strong sense of ownership, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

8. A dedicated team member who is willing to work on overtime and go the extra mile
