Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 + 9 regulated activities
- Ensure daily operations comply with the SFO and statutory regulations
Requirements:
- Degree holder in finance or business related disciplines but NOT MUST
- Relevant hands-on experience and financial market knowledge, SFC and Codes pertaining to operating a Type 1, and/or Type 4 + 9 licensed corporation
- Excellent communication in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
