Requirements:
- BSc in Accounting/Finance with ACCA or CFA
- Over 12 years' working experience in corporate financing and accounting
- Exposure in equity capital market, HK/PRC DD, M&A, bank practices and listing compliance
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua)
