Responsibilities

• Prepared price variance analysis report with reason code, explanation and calculation to AR manager
• Liase with Key Accounts team colleagues for the price variance checking
• Liase with Operation team colleagues for price adjustment follow up
• Feedback for any irregular pricing problem to AR manager
• Verify the claims from customers and raise claim to principal for the reimbursement of the deduction claims made by customers
• Taking control and preparing monthly discount claim summary reports to principals to ensure all claims to principal are raised in timely manner
• Issue Debit /Credit notes to Principals
• Handling disputes / enquiries on claims from Principals or customers
• Train and motivate subordinates to improve their job efficiency and customer service techniques
• Assist in month end closing and prepare Monthly report
• Back up AR Manager
• Ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder, major in Finance or Accounting
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in Credit Control / AR Team
• SAP knowledge and experience is essential
• Independent with good communication skills
• High commitment to tight deadline and work under pressure 
• Proactive, good team player with good analytical mind
• Proficiency in excel skill (Vlook-up, Pivot table, formulas)
