Risk Management - Buyside (AVP- VP Levels)

Job Description and responsibilities 

• Assist in identifying, assessing and responding appropriately to strategic, operational, governance, and financial risks to achieving business objectives;  
• Assist management in all areas of corporate activity to balance risk and reward within the organization`s risk appetite;
• Analyze corporate and enterprise risk management solutions and works with other divisions to develop activities towards completion of those solutions;
• Utilize sophisticated business models to determine the impacts of various risk management techniques and alternatives;
• Present risk management results to both internal and external stakeholders and serves as a subject matter expert on assigned risk areas;
• Assist in tracking investment performance, post-investment management and supervision and regularly prepare risk management reports;
• Develop working relationships with assigned functional area clients;
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or special project related work.

 Job Requirements

• With 5 years of related working experience in Finance, Law or Rick management;
• Degree holder or above in Finance, Law or Rick management;
• Strong risk judgment skills, good organizational and communication skills;
• 3 to 5 years work experience in credit analysis in banking or financial institutions.
• Experience in business risk management in financial Institution, bank, private fund is preferred;
• Well versed in Government ordinance, regulations and procedures;
• Professionalism, all around knowledge, detail-minded and principled and
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
