We are a well-established financial institution which carries out Type 2 regulated activities. We are looking for high caliber candidates to join our team to meet with our business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as Responsible Officer to deal with SFC Type 2 regulated activities, manage the daily operations, including account opening process, account maintenance and customer services;
• Experience in SFC license application in preparing and setting up process, operations and infrastructure of the Type 2 firm 
• Monitor the brokerage transactions, and clients margin position
• Formulate, review and update the trading and operations procedures;
• Ensure all business activities, investment guidelines are complying with SFC rules and regulations and provide assistance in communication with SFC and other pertinent regulators
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Finance Accounting, Economics or Business related discipline;

• At least 5 years solid experiences in futures brokerage;

• Current holder of SFC unconditional RO license for Type 2 regulated activities;
  (Current Unconditional RO license Holder of Type 1 / Type 4 would be definitely advantage)
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
