Job Responsibilities工作范围:

·         With substantial amount of working experience in  a large Chinese investment group Hong Kong listed platform insurance brokerage company在大型中资投资集团或香港上市平台旗下保险经纪公司有相当经验;

·         Responsible for the establishment of the insurance brokerage platform 负责该保险经纪运营平台的搭建;

·         Completion of the company's daily regulatory compliance requirements and daily communications with regulatory agencies such as PIBA  完成公司日常监管合规要求以及和PIBA等监管机构的日常沟通;

·         Negotiate and cooperate with the insurance companies and obtain the agency rights of the insurance companies 与保险公司洽谈合作，获得保险公司代理权;

·         Assist in leverage company resources, making revenue from customer resources 协助梳理公司资源、对接客户资源;

·         Manage the day-to-day operations of the company and manage the sign-up and training of insurance 管理公司日常运营、管理保险代表的签单工作和培训。

Job Requirements 资质要求:

·         5 years experience in the insurance industry 5年以上保险行业经验;

·         Worked for insurance broker company CE曾在保险经纪公司任职过CE

·         Fluent in Mandarin懂流利普通話
