Management Associate Program is specially designed for graduates of universities and tertiary institutions. Successful candidates will be equipped with insurance, financial planning and team management skills in a on–the–job training program conducted by an experienced manager. They will ultimately become professionals in financial planning and have a career aimed at getting to the management level on a fast track.

 
Requirement: 

- Graduate of a Degree, Associate Degree and /or Higher Diploma Program (Fresh graduate & IANG are welcome!)

- Energetic, with vision and the willingness to take on challenges
- Interested in developing a personal career 
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Putonghua 
- To develop future business opportunity by maintaining good relationship with clients
- To assist in business development, marketing and client seminar, recruitment activities
