Your Key Responsibilities will include

• Assist to formulate and execute investment strategies and ideas, with deliverable such as quarterly recommended fund list and various product highlights and presentation pack to facilitate communication to representative
  
  
• Participate in the key projects working with different key stakeholders and take the lead of training
  
  
• Manage channels performance through implementing sales incentive campaigns and activities
  
  
• Conduct product due diligence for launch of new funds and on-going monitoring of on-the-shelf products
  
  
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and react positively to representative or customer requests
  
  
• Investment Strategy – Conduct idea generation, financial analysis, and assess a company’s strategic positioning while identifying inflection points in fundamentals. Track and closely follow company developments, including earnings reports, corporate actions, competitive dynamics and other events impacting portfolio holdings and potential investments.
  
  
• Liaise closely with internal and external parties to prepare annual report, ESG report, presentations, script and Q&A for meetings with analysts, investors and reporters
  
  

What we will be looking for in you

• with experience in an investment management environment and related working experience in financial market as well as research field

• Degree holder or above is required, knowledge in deep learning and A.I. industry will be an advantage. Able to use several machine learning methods to predict market trends
  
  
• With related TMT and 2B industry investment project management experience and taken lead of at least one TMT/2B project investment. Demonstrable, directly related product/ market development work experience
  
  
• A professional, highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive in an entrepreneurial and team environment
  
  
• Deep analytical mindset, creative problem-solving ability and understanding of either
  a quantitative or fundamental investment approach
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas effectively, strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex investment concepts in simple terms
  
  
• Business Trips will be expected mostly within APAC
