Job Responsibilities: 

1. Establish and maintain cooperative relations with financial institutions and private investors; take charge of the preliminary planning of excavation, maintenance and financing projects of financing channels
2. Follow-up the executed investment and financing projects, including interest, equity, values and improvement of related management reports
3. According to the company's annual target task, draw up the related financing plan, develop the specific financing program, lead the team members to complete the company's annual target task
4. Responsible for the development and management of corporate financing channels and platforms, maintain and expand cooperation with various financial institutions, financing channels; introduce external funds, private investors and design cooperation model
5. Responsible for analyzing market and project financing risks, forecasting short-term and longer-term capital requirements, compiling financing analysis report on time and proposing countermeasures
6. Establish and fine-tune company's financing management system, improve the level of financing management
7. Participate in project research, carry out financing and management work, carry out financing cost management and control effectively
8. Responsible for team’s workload, planning and design procedures, put forward work plan, expand the business area and project implementation effectively
9. Prepare financing project proposal
10. Responsible for contract negotiation and drafting

Qualification & requirement: 

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in investment, finance or other economics
2. Having 8-year working experience in banks, funds and other financial institutions at least Director’s level
3. Certified Public Accountant preferred
4. Have a rich financing channels and extensive interpersonal relationships network in the industry
5. Have a good ability of financial analysis and judgment
6. Have a solid financial knowledge, proficiency in financing processes and special business knowledge
7. Have strong negotiation skills, have good communication skills
