My clients is a Financial Technology (FINTECH) firm based in Hong Kong with offices in Singapore, US, Australia, UK. They produce high-performance low latency trading applications specialising in financial and exotic trading products. Because of their steady trading models lead by an award-winning team they are now looking for developers in Hong Kong to increase their development capabilities.

The firm is looking to expand it's technology team and is accepting candidates for the following role as a C/C++ Developer for FinTech industry:

Responsibilities:

Be a key team member to contribute to all facets of the development life-cycle using an AGILE development methodology to provide 'fail-safe mission critical' quality-targeted applications.

Requirements:

• Degree, Masters or above holder in Computer Science, Information Eng, Software Eng, Electronic Eng, Mechanical Eng, Automation Eng  or equivalent.
• Proven 1+ years of experience using C/C++ low level development with BOOST and STL libraries.
• A good knowledge and background in high-performance computing namely in optimisation, multi-threads, memory allocation etc.
• Proven experience developing on the Linux/Unix platform
• Strong experience in relational databases such as: Oracle, Sybase etc.
• Exceptional positive-minded attitude, willing to learn and always open to feedback.
• Able to function logically in a stressful, fast-pace environment.
• Exceptional communications in Cantonese and English a must.
• Graduates with a strong GPA of 2nd Upper and above welcomed to apply to enter this rewarding industry.
