Our clients are Chinese based private banks, they are actively expanding, and are looking for RMs / Team Leader to join their HK office: 

Duties:

• Develop and Manage client portfolio for wealth management products
• Manage Clients referred from Consumer Bank Branches and Corporate Teams of the bank, most of these referrals are good quality clients and many deposit USD5Million or above.
• For RMs: No need to bring in clients. 
• For Team Leader: Bring in USD30M clients in 1st year (no need to bring further clients from 2nd year onwards), manage a team of RMs (no need to bring RMs to join)

Ideal candidates:

• For Team Leaders, candidates must have at least 3-4 years private bank RM experience
• For RMs, candidates from Private Bank, Senior RM from priority banking of consumer banks, or Commercial Banks, who manage investments / wealth management for clients, can be considered. 
• Multi-tasking, flexible, team player willing to help and backup colleagues, and take up extra responsibilities, and with good sales drive.   

Clients offer very attractive basic salary with relatively lower sales targets than other private banks.  Very good platforms to widen client base and develop long term private bank career.
