Sales Assistant, Intermediary and Mutual Recognition Team-

(Up to HK$20K / Month)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating client related activities to ensure that the firm successfully delivers upon the agreed operating and reporting requirements from clients.
• Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquires and request.
• Prepare and translate fund reports to meet regulator and client requirement
• Assist the KYC and ensure that all client service related activities are fully in compliance with the processes and procedures contained in it.
• Work closely and leverage on other internal functions such as Investment Management, Operation, Legal & Compliance and Finance to ensure the clients' respective business.
• Work on marketing programs, campaigns, events and presentation/sales materials

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• +1 years’ experience, gained from financial industry, asset management experience or Banking is an advantage,
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese; Proficiency in Translation from written Chinese to English
