Our client is a leading integrated FinTech group with a focus on providing 24x7 online financial services to SMEs, merchants and individuals in China and Asia through the internet and mobile solutions.

Job Duties:

• Manage, review and monitor the day-to-day operations, including month-end closing, settlement process, preparing monthly FRR reports and other financial and management reports for a listed company in financial services industry
• Responsible for budgetary control forecast management
• Participate in annual audit and assist in all tax-related issues
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals regarding audit, tax and banking matters
• Strong knowledge of securities market, SFC and HKEx rules and regulations

Profile:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or a quantitative discipline with CPA qualification
• Minimum 10 years working experience including 2 years at supervisory level in the financial service industry is required (Experience in Big 4 or 2nd tier firms preferred)
• Working experience with Chinese financial institutions is a must
• Good PC skills with strong knowledge of Excel and hands-on experience in accounting
• Committed, self-initiative, hardworking and able to work independently
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Senior Finance Manager
