Our client, a major Hong Kong listed Company, is looking for an Asset Management Manager to join them.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for and participate in real estate investment projects
• Assist and support the post-acquisition asset management activities in China, Hong Kong and overseas
• Manage and monitor the investment projects remain sustainable and profitable with strong business decision making
• Monitor and ensure the Company's investment guidelines and policies to mitigate financial and reputations risks
• Assist in managing ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gained in sizable asset management companies / property leasing
• Good knowledge of the asset management regulations, acquisition/disposal, asset management and leasing of properties in China, Hong Kong and overseas
• Experience in property leasing and property management will be preferred
• Strong communication skills and highly proficient in both English and Chinese, good mastery of Putonghua is essential
• Excellent judgments, analytical and influential skills
