Real Estate Analyst
Mainly residential 

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, investment analysis and financial modelling covering all property sectors for senior management 
• Analyze financial performance of existing portfolio, such as the leasing performance and the gross sales performance of tenants 
• Highlight major statistics and news released by the government and retail market that would have direct impacts to the business
• Handle ad hoc reports requested by the manager 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Financial/Real Estate/Accountancy or equivalent disciplines 
• CFA Institute charterholder is highly preferred
• At least 6 years’ experience in real estate research 
• Strong inter-personal, analytical and presentation skills
• Highly self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
