Responsibilities:

• Lead full spectrum of corporate finance assignment, including M&A, fund raising exercises, corporate advisory transactions and due diligence
• Responsible for all aspects of researching, evaluating and executing on a range of potential development opportunities in both China and overseas markets
• Evaluate potential development opportunities by analyzing the opportunity’s financial impact on the company and alignment to company’s strategy
• Peer analysis, including the monitoring and benchmarking of competitors
• Project management of live transactions, including the coordination of finance and operational teams, development of financial and operational models
• Valuation and financial modelling
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Manage and cooperate with various professional parties in execution of transactions
• Highly developed analytical and oral/written presentation skills
• Team leadership and team player abilities and qualities
• Ability to think creatively when problem solving for new solutions

 Requirements:

• University graduate, CFA, CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of extensive investment banking, management consulting, M&A or corporate finance experience
• Good knowledge in Listing Rules, Takeover Code, Company Law and other relevant rules and regulations
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills with strong language ability in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties
• The candidate must be open to travel
