Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor a credit control/ teams in Asia Pacific Business Unit AR Collection Management;
• Follow up proactively with debtors by calls/emails on overdue invoices;
• Ensure debts collection target being met timely;
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer disputes;
• Prepare monthly aging report and credit control report for management review;
• Involve in monthly financial closing with regards to Accounts Receivables; and
• Perform any ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance discipline
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in Credit Control in listed/multinational companies
• Experience in PCB industry is a definite advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred but not a must.
