Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Handle daily operations issue include trade confirmation checking, settlement, broker account opening and cash monitoring etc.
- Prepare Fund Net Asset Valuations, P&L reconciliation
- Liaise with prime brokers, executing broker, custodian banks and fund admin for daily settlement
- Ensure settlement runs smoothly, to rectify and resolve trade breaks
- Perform month-end NAV reconciliation against fund administrator’s record
- Coordinating with the portfolio manager
- Assist with new fund launching and hand clients enquiries
- Assist in ad-hoc project as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in fund operations / fund administration industry
- Experience in middle office and fund accounting
- Familiar with front-to-back trade processing flow and settlement cycle.
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently and have ability to resolve issues
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
