Responsibilities:

• Promote Personal Life & Medical products to clients via brokers and IFAs
• Recruit new brokers to promote our product sales and expand our sales network
• Provide quality service to brokers with the aim to cultivate and develop new business
• Participate in the related marketing activities including events and product developments
• Assist Team Leader to drive business growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ sales experience in banking or insurance industry
• Experience in dealing with brokers and IFAs is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated, strong sense of ownership and able to work independently
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
