Senior Investment Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for develop investment opportunities in Hong Kong and PRC markets
• Execute a wide range of finance and capital market project including financing, leverage financing, structured financing, mergers & acquisitions both in HK and PRC
• Perform valuation and financial analysis, risk control and operating environment analysis
• Seek out and target new clients and new investment channels
• Maintain and develop relationships with business partners and professional parties on projects
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines.
• Familiar with related processes and regulatory rules, PRC background is a must
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in finance services, in trust, securities and fund will be preferred
• Good experience in real estate, Infrastructure
• Process sound knowledge in listing rules with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• A self-starter and team player who can work independently within a dynamic, ever-changing environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
