CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Job Description

• Handle new account opening, perform KYC and AML checking, input and maintain client’s information
• Handle accounts and settlement service requested from clients
• Handle Client's enquire
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers and attract new clients
• Liaise with other departments and RO
• Communicate with internal and external parties effectively
• Participate in system development projects
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as the company require

Requirement

• Degree holder or above with at least 5 years customer service experience in brokerage firm
• Good knowledge on securities and Futures market
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good knowledge in SFC and HKEx rules and regulations
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• with RA1 and/or RA2
• Immediate available is preferable
