Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all monthly financial and management reporting and support group companies to complete all kinds of reports
Responsible for annual budget, short &long term planning, monthly profit & cash flow forecast preparation and execution
Measure Operations’ efficiency and progress in achieving cost targets
Conduct ROI analysis for capital expenditure and cost saving programs
Ensure effective internal control in place and proper implementation of group policies
Prepare ad-hoc reports by managements
Handle tax reports independently and ensure compliance of taxes regulations
Co-ordinance with external/internal auditor
 
Requirements:
Qualified accountant with a bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 5 years relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
Experienced in management accounting is a must
Familiar with HK and PRC accounting, taxation requirements and relevant regulations
Good knowledge of PRC accounting, foreign control, tax system
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Travel to PRC/ oversea countries may be required
More experienced candidate will be considered as Accounting Manager
