This position is responsible to assist Head of Financial Planning to ensure the smooth operation of the team.

The Job

• Manage a team to process daily operation in accordance to company’s compliance standard and follow the government regulations to ensure full regulatory compliance
• Liaise with product providers to ensure smooth processing of business
• Act as a product gatekeeper to check and maintain product database both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Assist Head of Financial Planning on customer complaints
• Assist Head of Financial Planning in managing mutal fund platform and building digital brokerage platform
• Digitalize insurance product database to cope with future development and transformation of digital distribution business model
• Ad-hoc projects as required

The Person

• Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, or law
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in financial planning in which 3 years’ management experience in managing a team to handle administration processes for financial planning businesses
• Familiar with the financial planning industry, good network with external product providers
• Familiar with regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities in Hong Kong
• Holding of SFC License Type 1 and 4 and and eligible to act as Responsible Officer
• Familiar with financial planning frontline and mutal fund platform experience preferable
• Knowledgeable in digital sector, preferably with experience in mobile solution, mobile apps or digital world
• Pro-active involvement in trouble shooting
• Being creative in developing new ideas and approaches
• Customer service skills/ Experience in dealing with customers
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
