Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries from customer and frontline office.
• Process the daily matured item of import and export bills transactions.
• Process loan drawdown and repayment (e.g. refinancing and invoice finance).
• Back up of issuing LC, Back to Back LC, Standby LC, Bank Guarantee and Transfer LC.
• Ensure all transactions are handled in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures/guidelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining agreed service levels.
• Prepare daily or monthly reports for internal purpose or regulatory requirement.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or above.
• With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in trade finance.
• Sound knowledge of UCP, ISP98, URDG758 and relevant rules and regulations of local authorities.
• A good team player and willing to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing.
