Job Description
Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects as required
- Monitor online authorization and perform transaction confirmation
- Handle lost / stolen card reporting and support hotline services
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Preferably 1 year experience in credit card operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
