Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver good customer service at Dental Center to meet Company’s service standard;
• Answer patients’ inquiry and appointment booking;
• Provide clinical support to General Practitioners and Medical Team;
• Provide full-spectrum support in Dental team administration;
• Liaise with doctors and internal parties for the performance management of the team;
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• Minimum 2 years related experiences in Dental Supervisor;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Aggressive, self-motivated, result-orientated and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of Cantonese & English;
• Familiar with the medical device market knowledge;
• Excellent PC Applications knowledge such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
