Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the daily operation of beauty salons / beauty centers/ retail store
• Manage the performance of all frontline staff
• Handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaints and foster customer relationships
• Motivate team members to achieve company's objectives and sales targets

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in retail industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Aggressive, proactive, sales-oriented, highly self-motivated with positive attitude
• Strong commutation skills
