Job Duties:

• Handle Customer Service hotline and receive incoming calls
• Handle appointement booking with client on hotline, Wechat, Whatsapp
• Handle documentation and reports
• Answer customer enquires
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• School certificate or above
• 1 years or above working experience, preferable in Medical / Customer Service industries
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, cheerful with positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
