Key Function:

• To provide professional advice on pregnancy/ baby nutrition and pregnancy/ baby care to our Mothers' Club members in accordance to relevant Code of Marketing practice of Breast Milk Substitutes.  

Responsibilities:

• To provide consumers with advice across a wide range of pregnancy, baby, toddler and product issues
• To provide advice & guidance as well as expert information on the range of Company products
• To provide an outstanding customer experience by offering reassurance, advice and information in an enthusiastic and friendly manner, thus increasing customer loyalty and creating brand advocates
• To handle consumer complaints in a professional way 

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with Midwife qualification is a plus
• At least 1-2 years clinical or customer service experience
• Paediatric, obstetrics and gynecology ward experience preferred  
• Possesses computer skills, including Chinese word processing                                   
• Fluent in Chinese (including Putonghua) and English                                              
• Immediate availability is preferred
