Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare documents, reports of data and analysis
Carry out equipment calibration
Product quality check in accordance with specified sampling plan and ISO 22000 guidelines
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to quality problem
Assist to products development
Supervise pest control
Follow up & inspect the raw incoming materials
Perform physical and food microbiological tests

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor holder of Food technology, Food & Nutrition;
1 year or above experience in food manufacturing/ food industry;
Knowledge on GMP, ISO 22000 and HACCP is a must;
Independent, hardworking and self-motivated.
