Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for Ice Rink’s daily operations;
• Supervise Ice Rink’s activities and events;
• Supervise and provide guidance to staff;
• Handling customer complaints and enquiries relating to customer service and safety;
• Responsible for the quality of the ice, ice maintenance and ice rink equipment;
• Prepare incident and damage reports;
• Skate course scheduling and lesson arrangement.

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in operations and administration;
• Mature with supervisory experience;
• Experience in customer service is an advantage and skating skill is preferred but not a must
• Basic computer applications knowledge;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Ice Rink Supervisor;
• Shift work required.
