Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Managing assigned outlet under your purview as well as sales promoting the skin care / beauty / cosmetic products in the shop
- Maintain and achieve the sales target
- Monitoring, Reporting and Discipline (Staff and Outlets)
- Shop Operations and Maintenance
- VIP Room Operations:
- Follow the Spa operation guidance
- Sourcing and allocation suitable bonus to reward and motivate Sales Staffs.
- Suggest and organize with other managers on the monthly “Company Fun Night”
* Candidates with less experience could apply for Senior /Beauty Advisor
