Responsibilities:

• Design, organize and deliver training in treatment theory, products knowledge, company culture & consultative selling skills.
• Develop and conduct learning workshops and activities.
• Work with relevant departments in product development / concept and new product trial
• Prepare training manual and materials.
• Working closely with salesperson to demonstrate the products and treatment to the client with the objective of meeting business goals.
• Assist in all company activities including exhibition and seminars.

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with Professional qualification in Beauty, Spa related area. Any qualified trainer or relevant qualification would be an advantage.

• Holder of international Certificate in beauty and academic qualifications, such as, City & Guilds, TAFE, ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO and etc.
• Over 3 years training experience in the beauty / skin care industry.
• Positive mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, pro-active, and willing to learn
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English , Mandarin and Cantonese
• Travel upon request.
