Major Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic diet counseling at UCN community clinics (Kwun Tong, Tai Po, Jordan, Kowloon Bay and/or Tin Shui Wai area)
• Provide outreach dietetic consultancy services at nursing homes and/or home visits for elderly
• Participate in district wide health and nutrition promotion projects
• Conduct nutrition talks and workshops for schools, corporations and food industries and professional trainings for medical health/social service sectors
• Write nutrition articles, grant writing and/or assist other health and nutrition marketing activities

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian of Commission of Dietetic Registration (USA),; or Registered Dietitian of Health Professions Council (UK); or Registered Dietitian of Provincial Registration (Canada); or Accredited Practising Dietitians of Dietitians Association of Australia (Australia), or its equivalent qualifications
• Candidates with at least 2 years of community dietetics experience is preferred
• Mature, responsible, excellent presentation & interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, creative, good team player
• Willing to work on Saturdays/Sundays/Public Holidays and irregular hours
• Expected Commencement Date: 2 January 2018
