Responsibilities:

• Manage wellness initiatives independently, and daily operation of wellness room
• Manage all elements of special events, including preparation, promotion, logistics, and execution; and provide on-site support if required
• Liaise with internal staff and outside partners on on-going programs and projects. 
• Manage, update and expand the wellness presence through i-jam, emails and posters.  Work closely with Strategic Communication and ijam teams on managing solicited contribution as well as creating content for site. 
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the Wellness Department, including keep track of expenses and participation rate for Wellness projects, and manage expense reimbursement of Wellness Department
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Program or activity organizing experience preferred
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and time management skills
• Good command in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• Having certificate of teaching yoga, fitness/personal training or related fields is preferable
