Job Descriptions:

• Manage and lead a team of engineers throughout all project stages
• Responsible for building services design and tender documents preparation
• Prepare budget estimate and coordinate with client, consultants and contractors
• Supervise workmanship and quality of M&E installations
• Monitor project progress and quality of works
• Attend meetings with clients and carry out design coordination with other consultants
• Occasional Travel to PRC may be required
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• MHKIE, MCIBSE, MIMechE, MIET or corporate members of other professional institutions is preferable
• At least 10 years relevant experience in Building Services design with HVAC system or electrical design experience is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in autocad operation
• Engineering design experience in China projects is preferable
• Good project management and design coordination skills
• Knowledge in energy audit or being a REA is an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered as Building Services Engineer.
