Responsibilities :

1. Prepare Method Statements in English using predominantly MS Word for:

   1.1) Concrete waterproofing works.

   1.2) Concrete repair works.

   1.3) Structural Steel works.

   1.4) Other works, from time to time.

    

   2) Prepare Programmes in relation to works described in the Method Statements.

    

        2.1 Generally using Excel but knowledge of MS Project also an advantage.

    

   3) Able to hold meetings and communicate well in English with Supervisors, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Foremen to collate information required for inclusion in the Method Statements.

    

   4) Able to contribute in terms of technical and practical knowledge to the preparation of

      tenders.

Requirement:

1. HNC/HND or higher in an Engineering or Building related subject.

    

2. Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in local building/civil construction projects.

    

3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.

High level of competence in the use of MS Word and Excel.
