Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning and management of fitting out projects and A&A works
• Supervise overall site progress of stores renovation and new stores development
• Coordinate with internal users’ department, landlords, building management, sub-contractors for the renovation and fitting out works to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements

Requirements :

• Diploma /Degree in Building Services, E&M Engineering or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years solid experience in renovation, fitting out works and E&M provision for retails projects, preferably gained in F&B industry
• Good project management, communication, planning and problems solving skills
• Good knowledge of local building regulations and practices is an advantage
• Responsible and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
