Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong
- Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Surveying or equivalent with membership of a recognized professional institute
- Minimum 6 years' project management and construction supervisory experience in overseeing large-scale residential, commercial and retail development projects
- Conversant with local government regulations
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
