Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting & co-ordination works;
• Review the design and production drawings during the construction progress;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering /Electrical Engineering;
• 2-5 years’ experience in facilities planning, installation and maintenance, preferably with main contractors or E&M contractors;
• Good command of AutoCAD, MS Office;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Detail-minded with strong safety awareness and problem solving skills;
• Good team player with good interpersonal skills;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as BS Coordinator or Assistant E&M Engineer.
