Our client is a reputable HK listed investment group and they are now seeking for an experienced assistant project manager. 

Job Description

• Undertake a new/ A&A hotel development project and other property development projects of the Group
• Involved  in all phases of projects, including design and construction administration, scheduling, budgets, and coordinating with consulting team and various contractors
• Ensure all phases of the projects are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified high quality
• Ad hoc project as required

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Building Services, Architectural Studies, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management or Interior Design with 8-10 years relevant 
• 8-10 years relevant experience in construction management/interior design in handling luxury hotel projects is a must
• Sounds knowledge of building technology, building services, A&A work and fitting out works is an advantage
• Good knowledge on restaurant licensing and HAD application procedures
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Occasion Travel may require
