Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, settlement of final account of various projects, subletting, claims, prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects;
• Manage and control the costs within projects;
• Measurement and pricing of foundation, site formation, civil engineering and / or building works, etc. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in QS fields;
• Proactive, well-organized, attentive to detail, and energetic;
• Work independently and a good team player;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese;
• Immediately available is an advantage.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as QS Manager.
