• HD/ Associate Degree/Degree in Building Surveying/Building Studies/Architectural Studies/ construction Managment etc.
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred

Work Duties:

• Assist Project Manager/Building Surveyor in handling the renovation projects and A&A works projects, including:-
• Carry out feasibility study of the A&A works in the initial stage
• Prepare building submission plans and liaison with governmental department for the approval
• Prepare tender documents and tender exercises
• Project Management and contract administration during the works stage
• Monitor and supervise the site works
• Liaise with the Client / Contractor for proceeding the works
