• Diploma or above in Building Engineering or related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years' site construction work experience in MTRC projects / Fit out works / ABWF / High quality finishes and wet trades (block work / render / tiling / painting, etc);
• Solid experience in project planning and works coordination;
• Good coordination and communication skills;
• Hard working, self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Candidate with more less experience will be considered as Senior ABWF Coordinator;
• Immediate available is preferred.
