Applications are invited to join a contractor specialising in architectural cladding.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of architectural cladding shop drawings, details, plans and elevations
  
• Preparation of fabrication drawings fabrication drawings for architectural panels and associated subframes
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit an advantage
• Experience with AutoCAD 3D modeling
• Must have structural steel, cladding or facade design/drawing experience
• Ideally has experience with main contractor/subcontractor;
• Diploma or Certificate holder in Building Studies/Architectural Studies or related disciplines are preferred;
  
• Must be able to work independently under general guidance;
  
• Must have time management skills, be a team player and be self-motivated;
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  
• Revit, Photoshop and InDesign skills an advantage
• Proficient in English and Chinese
  
• Good communication and interpersonal
