Responsibilities:

• To assist in planning, designing and evaluating urban planning and building design for assigned projects and action area with the use of visualization / computational simulation tools applicable on built environment
• To assist in producing materials, products and design concepts to brand the assigned projects or action area taking into account the place-making and / or revitalization initiatives 
• To assist in implementing place-making initiatives and to monitor / review the programme and progress during execution
• To assist in marketing, sourcing and engaging appropriate stakeholders / partners / consultants to develop place-making initiatives for application in assigned action areas and / or projects and to monitor the progress and modification to the programme

Requirements:

• Degree holder in building design, environment design, integrated design or other related field 
• Minimum 3 years’ post degree working experience 
• Proficiency in related computed graphic software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Adobe in-design etc) for production of graphic design and 3-D software (AutoCAD, 3DS, Sketch-up)
• Basic knowledge and skills on more advanced 3-D software (Rhino, Diva etc) for production and support in urban planning / design initiatives
• Experience in map-based GIS, BIM related software (Revit, Naviswork, CFD etc) and related computational tools will be preferred
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
